  • Returning Items

    Items can be returned up to 30 days after delivery. To initiate a return, please email us at support@cametol.com with your order details. Returned products should be unused, unwashed, and include all original tags and packaging. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

  • Return Procedure

    Before sending the goods back to us, please contact us at support@cametol.com. Include your order number and the reason for returning the product in your email. We may not accept returned shipments without prior approval, so it is important to contact us first.

    Once we have confirmed your request, we will send you clear instructions on how to proceed. Pack the goods carefully to prevent damage during transport. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Refunds

    When we receive and inspect your returned items, we will refund the amount to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 7 days. No restocking fees will be charged. Please be aware that bank processing times may vary.

Once processing has begun or the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and you will need to follow our return process after receiving the item.
